Holy crap! I've written 550 words so far, the most I've written in months. My subconscious is shaking her head for having waited for so long while my inner goddess is jumping up and down with pigtails, squealing like a five-year-old girl.

Haha...I'm still waiting for my muse to come out and play. Haven't written in months. I tried about a 100 words yesterday(sad, I know) and it wasn't really working out. So more power to you and your pig-tailed goddess. lol

For the past three months I have been trying to get back into writing my novel but just couldn't do it. I would read chapters I've written, hoping the spark would come but it just wouldn't. For some reason I find it hard to write during the summer, the muse just isn't there. Probably on some beach somewhere. Today it took until 6 this evening to finally get something done, and now, nearly 11 at night, I can proudly say I have written 1100 words and that this chapter I've stalled on is nearly complete. My inner goddess is doing back flips, because she's much more athletic and energetic than I ever could be.

I'm much like you. I so desperately want to work on my novel, but it's just not calling out to me anymore. I really need to get excited about it again.

Good luck! When you start, I hope you find you cannot stop. :)

If there's not a website that translates whatever you insert into "50 Shades-speak", there should be! Everyone should know what his/her inner goddess has to say!

I consider 550 words to be a good writing day! Keep going!
